Rebecca White
President and CEO
Rebecca joined the agency in March 2008. She has more than 20 years of management experience in the nonprofit sector, most recently as Senior Vice President of Planned Parenthood of Southeast Texas. She has been involved in legislative strategy planning for nonprofit organizations and is a member of Leadership Houston, The United Way Leaders Circle, Women of Wine Charities, and the University of Texas Parents' Association. Rebecca received her BA in English Literature at Washington University and her Masters of Business Administration at The University of Houston.

Sonia Corrales
Chief Program Officer
Sonia has 20 years of experience working in the field of domestic and sexual violence and 14 years of managerial experience. Sonia is currently a member of the following boards and committees: President of the Harris County Domestic Violence Coordinating Council, Police Advisory Committee, and the Houston Sexual Assault Kit Task Force, HCDVCC Safety Assessment Team, and HHSC-Task Force to Address the Relationship Between Domestic Violence and Child Abuse and Neglect. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Cassandra Thomas
Chief Compliance Officer
Cassandra has 30 years of experience working in this field and 24 years of management experience. She has an extensive history of working within the movement and has contributed to the following groups in her tenure: The Texas Association Against Sexual Assault, Texas Council on Family Violence, National Coalition Against Sexual Assault, Texas Crime Victims Institute and The National Campus Rape Project. Cassandra received her BA in Psychology at the University of Texas.

Tawana Greene
Chief Financial Officer
Tawana has over 20 years of experience as an accounting manager and controller, and fifteen years working within the nonprofit sector. She graduated with a BS in Business and Administration from Rutgers University

Anneliese Davis
Chief Development Officer
Anneliese joined the Women’s Center in June 2011 with 15 years of experience in the nonprofit world. She has served as a development officer and a fundraising consultant for nonprofits at the local, state and national levels, and her experience also includes program management, public affairs, and board relations. She holds a B.A. from Rice University in History and English and a Master of Public Administration from American University. She has served in numerous board and volunteer roles for community organizations.

Yolanda Bevill
Vice President of Community Affairs
Yolanda joined the Women's Center in August 2009, and has nine years of management experience and 15 years of experience working in public relations and marketing. She is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists, The Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the National Bar Association. Yolanda received her BS in Journalism/Public Communications from Syracuse University and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.

Caresse Young
Vice President of Human Resources and Volunteer Department
Caresse joined the Women's Center in May 2009, and brings with her over 25 years of human resources experience in three different industries, the majority of which was spent in the healthcare industry. She has held management and leadership roles at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, University General Hospital, and St. Luke's Episcopal Health System. Caresse holds a lifetime certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Caresse received her BA from Baylor University.
