8:00AM at Sam Houston Park & Allen Parkway
Race Information
Sanctioned and certified 5 kilometer race using chip system for recording race times. Route starts at Sam Houston Park, follows Allen Parkway west, turns at Waugh Drive, and returns downtown to the park. Strollers permitted in the family walk and at the back of the competitive walk. Pets, skates, bikes and skateboards are prohibited. Stick around following the race for a Post-Race Party and Kids' Funday!

$300 Competitive Running Team
$25 Stayed in Bed but wanted to help!
-$5 Discount for HARRA members
Parking
Free parking is available at the Metropolitan Racquet Club parking garage (340 W. Dallas, entrance is on West Dallas just east of the I-45 overpass). Additional free and paid parking is available on streets and in surface lots in the downtown area. Allen Parkway will close approximately ONE hour before the race.
